Membership is an area in Guiding that we all should be aware of. In order to Grow Guiding we need to speak highly and often of the great and rewarding learning experiences girls and women can gain in our organization.

1) Membership Support

• support to District Commissioner’s for example with screening processes
• training for Guiders in membership development
• development and promotion of resources that support membership

2) Membership development

• community Development of Guiding in low served areas or with new populations.
• identification of membership issues in areas and acting on them
