This group is for women between the ages of 18 and 30, who wish to have contact with Guiding, but may not want an active adult role. Link Members may hold positions in Guiding.

There is no official program although activities may be planned that invite Manitoba Link Members to participate, eg. service projects, outings, camps, etc. Link Members may also be called upon to participate and/or assist with area or provincial events.

Link Members may wear the Link pin and adult uniform.
